Or the ever popular 100% beef bladder Barkworthies, which I gobbled up seconds after mom took this photo.

And the icing on the cake in my bowl, Aussie Naturals leather egg and bacon toys. Sadly they don’t taste like their counterparts, but they do squeak and I had a blast tearing them apart!

Friday Fetch with Barkbox // Ammo the Dachshund

My January Barkbox subscription is here! You guys, let me tell you, I could hardly contain myself when that goodness arrived at my doorstep this month.

So I did what any other dog would do, I ripped that sucker open and grabbed the first thing I smelled!

This month’s Barkbox was packed with some delicious goodies as per usual.

We had the Loving Pets Barksters – crunchy sweet potato & beef crisps, a Harry Barker Tug n’ Toss rope toy, a Barkworthies Junior Bully Stick Chew (which I devoured right out of the box), and Think! Dog Alligator Jerky. Yes, I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever had actual alligator…..but I’m looking forward to trying it. I hear they are great for dogs with allergies to more common proteins like beef or chicken.

And lastly we’ve got the Wigzi! A dishwasher safe, recyclable, made in the USA toy that floats…..now if I could just get my dad to stop playing with it too!

So as you can see, for a box filled with all that dog-gone goodness…..it never stood a chance!

A few days ago my December BarkBox arrived in the mail!

I love getting packages in the mail, and when the BarkBox arrives I know that it’s always stocked full of lots of goodies for me. I thought it would be fun to show you exactly what arrived in this month’s box….

Barkworthies – made with 100% beef bladder, Barkworthies junior bully sticks are long-lasting and delicious. No chemicals or preservatives are used, making them a better choice than rawhides.

Bistro Bites – made specifically for smaller dogs these healthy goodies are perfect for tiny mouths. They are wheat-free, gluten-free, and high in protein.

Simply Fido – these adorable interactive toys are meant for tugging, squeaking, and snuggling. They are made with organic, non-toxic materials and low-impact, AZO-free dyes.

Planet Dog – made with no wheat, corn or soy these pumpkin treats are perfect for snacking. Did you know pumpkin is a natural digestive aid and stomach-soother?

GoDog – these colorful, fuzzy, and squeaky toys are sure to make your best friend giggle. They are designed to be tough with chew guard protection!

I may have had a little too much fun with my BarkBox, but hey, there’s no reason not to!

And did you know that BarkBox also has a web shop stocked full of fun goodies for humans too?

Their belly rub t-shirt was so comfy that I almost stole it for myself.

But then I felt bad that mom never gets any goodies in the mail, so I decided to let her have the t-shirt. Plus the tote bag was a little more my size anyway! *wink*
