A dog after my own heart! Although when I was a puppy I used to bury the tiny bones mom and dad gave me around the house. Mom’s still finding them 6 years later hidden inside things!

They would drag the bag over and want some but she’s not greedy so she would save some for later. 🙂
These look so yummy and my dachshund, Heidi, would love them. She is so into beef and turkey. Oh wait, she’s a dachshund. She’s into anything. LOL!! But seriously she loves her treats.

Do some tricks in order to get some.
It depends on how Melanie got it: if I gave it to her she would eat whatever part of it and thn check to see if I had anymore to give her. However, if she found it without my knowledge she would grab whatever she could carry and run somewhere where she could “hide” until she could finish it. In true dachshund tradition, Melanie was an expert at circumventing any locks or baby proofing and could sniff out any food left in a zipped backpack or purse. She could also jump high enough to grab the edge of a lunch bag or plate left on a counter or ledge two feet above her head.
Probably eat it, bag and all, if necessary, lol!

My dog would eat the whole thing. She inhales her food. She never saves it lol.

Poppy would want to eat them all right away, but it’s my job to treat them out slowly. She’ll thank me later.
Ruby would steal the bag and go hide and then rip it open and eat it all. We learned this from situations 🙂 and are very careful to keep yummy things far out of her reach.

My dog even though she is thirteen would do a few tricks , she loves to dance like a ballerina and sit pretty! Then she would eat them up’!
